Who are we  ?

Women for CEO is an innovative parity movement, founded on the conviction that gender parity at the top of our organizations is not only necessary, but achievable in the near future, and constitutes a genuine performance driver for our companies.

Our mission: to drastically accelerate the path towards parity in the highest decision-making spheres, reducing the 80-year horizon to less than 10 years.

Officially launched on October 17, 2024, our movement aims to bring together  committed female and male leaders, all determined to create a virtuous circle for parity. We firmly believe that each and every one of us has the power to take concrete actions to reshape the current trajectory.

Our actions :

- Publication of a forum and a charter of tangible commitments

- Organization of events bringing together visionary leaders
- Active promotion of gender parity in all sectors

Our strength lies in the diversity and commitment of our members. Whether they sign our charter, brainstorm new solutions or actively contribute to our initiatives, every action counts.
